PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Purchases are processed in the order in which they are received. If you provided us with a valid email address with your order, you`ll be sent tracking information once it has been shipped. Normal processing time takes 3 to 5 days, but can take longer if our factory is closed when the purchase was made, so please be patient. Special note for Texas residents- an additional 8.25% will be added for sales tax.
WARRANTY
Newly purchased Flowbee Systems and/or Flowbee Super Mini-Vacs both come standard with a 1 Year Factory Warranty that is none transferable. These systems needing to be repaired/replaced under warranty must be sent back at the expense of the customer to our factory located at 1063 Spur 100, Kerrville, TX 78028 no more than 1 year after delivery date of product(s), and proof of purchase must be provided with return shipment.
